1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
- Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange for most items.
- Condition: Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging included. The product must be in its original, resalable condition.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Any used or sharpened skates.
- Used skate blades.
- Mouthguards.
- Jocks/Jills (protective cups).
- Custom or special order items.
- Any product that has been used, worn on ice, altered, or damaged after delivery.
3. Return Process: Step-by-Step
To ensure your return is processed correctly and efficiently, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Contact Our Customer Service Team
- DO NOT ship your return back to us without prior authorization.
- Email us within the 30-day window. Please include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
Step 2: Receive Instructions & RMA Number
- Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to ship the item.
- Returns received without an RMA number will not be processed and may be refused.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
- Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documentation.
- Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box.
- Ship the package to the address we provide, using a traceable and insured shipping service. We highly recommend this, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., we shipped the wrong item) or a defective product.
- Shipping fees for the original order are non-refundable.
5. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
- For exchanges, we will ship the new item once the return is received and inspected. If the exchange item is of higher value, you will be charged the difference.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos or a video clearly showing the damage or defect. We will gladly send a replacement or process a full refund, and we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label for the defective item.
7. Warranty Claims
Manufacturer defects that fall outside the 30-day return window may be covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty. Please contact us with your order number and a detailed description of the issue, and we will facilitate the warranty claim process with our partner on your behalf.
